04/08/2010 - New Exhibit in History of Science Collections

"Technology and the Early Printed Book," a new exhibit in the lobby of the History of Science Collections, features works by Leonardo da Vinci and Galileo.  On display are rare, early printed works in civil and military engineering; mining and metallurgy; automata, music and acoustics; and books about machines of water, air and steam.  No appointment is necessary; the exhibit is open during the regular hours of the History of Science Collections, which is located on the 5th floor of Bizzell Memorial Library.  For accommodations on the basis of disability, please call (405)325-2741.
