E-resource - Indigenous Digital Archive’s Treaties Explorer
This open access database provides access to 374 digitized treaties between Indigenous peoples and the United States, also known as the Ratified Indian Treaties. A collaboration between the National Archives and the Museum of Indian Art and Culture in Santa Fe, this resource also provides historical context in the form of historical maps, information on the historic and present day Native nations involved, and the ability to explore land transfer agreements based on current zip codes.
