Thurgood Marshall: Justice for All
Roger Goldman with David Gallen and Thurgood Marshall

The book that has been inspirational and influenced me a great deal is Thurgood Marshall: Justice for All. Mr. Marshall was a young attorney with the NAACP in Baltimore, Maryland, in the early 1940s. He was asked to represent the families in the court case that became known as Brown vs. The Board of Education in Topeka, Kansas. This was the court case against segregation. Mr. Marshall not only won this case, but it has served as a landmark in the history of racial equality. I have a great appreciation for Mr. Marshall for standing up for what is right.
