Group Study Rooms

There are six study rooms available in Bizzell Memorial Library that students may reserve for group study. These rooms are located on the west end of the 3rd floor.

• The student reserving and checking out the room must be an OU student. The same person must make the reservation and check out the key.
• All students in the group must be OU students.
• For rooms 310, 314A, 314B, and 317, the group size must be between 2 and 4 people.
• For rooms 306 and 321, the group size must be between 4 and 6 people.
• Reservations may be made in person at the Bizzell Circulation Desk or by calling the Circulation Desk at (405)325-3341.
• Rooms may be reserved for two hours with one 2 hour renewal permitted within the last half hour of the first session if available.
• Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance.
• Reservations not claimed within 15 minutes will be cancelled so the room can go to another group. Students waiting for a cancelled room must come back to the desk to check availability; we will not page patrons.
