Books, photocopies of articles, videos, and other materials are available at the circulation desks at Bizzell and the branch libraries. Students must present an ID card in order to use these items. They may have a loan period of two hours, one day, three days, or seven days, depending on the type of item and what the instructor has requested. Please visit the branch library pages for specific information about their physical reserve collections and fines.
Accessing Materials Placed on Physical Reserve
To locate items like books, videotapes, and photocopies that your instructor has placed on physical reserve, go to the Catalog on the library's website. From the top navigation bar in the catalog, choose Reserve Desk. Here you can search for your readings by course name, course number, or instructor. The list of results will include the call number, the name of the library where the item is on reserve, whether it is currently available, and the length of time it can be checked-out.
