OU faculty, staff, and graduate students are invited to use the studio spaces in the Consultations @ OU Libraries space for collaborative meetings. There are three studio spaces (Studio A, B, and C) that can be reserved in advanced. Each space fits 5 people comfortably and has an LCD panel for shared viewing.

Preferred Use:
- Collaborative group meetings of two or more
- Consultations with:
- OU Libraries experts,
- campus partners,
- or OU faculty and instructors

AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY
ROOM POLICY
- These rooms must be reserved to be used.
- Only OU graduate students, faculty, and staff are allowed to reserve these rooms.
- To use these rooms, undergraduate students must have an appointment with an OU graduate student, faculty, or staff member.
- A maximum four hours can be reserved at a time, up to one month in advance.
- Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
