09/17/2010 - Constitution Day Display

On September 17, 1787, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention met for the last time to sign the document they had created. On December 8, 2004, President George W. Bush signed a bill which designates every September 17th as Constitution Day (Public Law 108-447). All institutions of higher education in Oklahoma will recognize Constitution Day on Friday, September 17, 2010.
