Access to the Zarrow Family Faculty and Graduate Student Center

A valid and functional OU ID is needed to access the graduate student or faculty areas of Lower Level 2. Access to the Zarrow Family Faculty and Graduate Student Center is granted based on an individual’s official status with the University of Oklahoma as determined by Sooner Card data. Graduate student access will be granted to all affiliated with the Graduate College and the College of Law. Faculty access will be granted based on pre-determined academic job codes.

While most of this access will happen by default, on occasion, individuals may have multiple roles within OU that may require OU Libraries to manually provide access to the facility. Those with responsibility for teaching courses or conducting research will be granted access once library administrative personnel confirm the affiliation. For those seeking access beyond these typical roles, the OU Libraries Director of Public Services will review the application and make a determination of need.

To request access to the Zarrow Family Faculty and Graduate Student Center, please apply online.  Students enrolled in accelerated masters programs should read the terms of use prior to applying.

Faculty and graduate students with confirmed access to the Zarrow Family Faculty and Graduate Student Center can check out a temporary access card from the main circulation desk for one day.
