Head of Library Instruction & Liaison Services
The Head of Library Instruction & Liaison Services provides leadership in the planning, development, delivery and assessment of library instruction programs and liaison services. The incumbent develops instructional content, teaches a variety of classes and workshops, develops resource guides, supports online and distance education, coordinates special projects, and provides research support for students and faculty. The Head of Library Instruction & Liaison Services also oversees a dynamic and evolving liaison librarian program for the sciences, humanities, social sciences, and business. This position serves a critical role in ensuring University Libraries is poised to meet the ambitious research and student success goals outlined in the University’s Lead On strategic plan. Fine & Applied Arts Librarian - Fine Arts Library Branch Manager

Director of Digital Collaborations and Partnerships
The University of Oklahoma Libraries seeks a creative, collaborative, and highly strategic leader to serve as the inaugural Director of Digital Collaborations and Partnerships. This Director will lead the launch of and oversee a unified digital research hub and studios initiative supporting computational research, digital scholarship, multimodal and media-rich creative work across disciplines.
Building on more than a decade of digital scholarship and research support at OU, the Director will lead the administrative, outreach, and project management team responsible for the hub’s centralized services, coordinating user intake, project lifecycle support, programming and community-building activities, creating consultation and expert referral pathways to the studios and campus partners. The Director plays a critical strategic role in advancing OU’s Lead On Strategic Plan goals, including elevating research excellence, fostering interdisciplinary innovation, and providing world-class academic resources. Processing and Collections Management Archivist
The Processing and Collections Management Archivist is responsible for processing and managing archival collections held by University Libraries Special Research Collections. This work includes accessioning, arranging, housing, and describing archival collections in accordance with professional standards to support increased collection accessibility and discoverability. Working under the direction of the Coordinator and Senior Archivist, Special Collections Processing Unit, the Archivist creates and edits finding aids in the Library's Archives Space instance. The archivist organizes archival collections stored at the Library Service Center and records collections storage information in the Library Service Center's shelf management software system. The position also pulls and shelves archival boxes at the Library Service Center in a timely manner for daily campus circulation requests. The archivist performs stacks management activities and relocates collections to maximize efficient storage and manages intake of archival supplies. The archivist creates custom archival enclosures and participates in special projects as assigned and trains and guides the work of student assistants and temporary staff as directed. Building Operations Coordinator
The University Libraries seeks a Building Operations Coordinator for OU Norman campus library facilities. This position will assist with the coordination of building security operations and facility maintenance; coordinate maintenance of facilities and infrastructure including equipment maintenance; monitor building and infrastructure systems and reports and facilitates response to facility emergencies and equipment failures; perform or facilitate light maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs; serve as building resource coordinator; assist in determining needed response to facility and equipment issues; coordinate small projects, working with vendors and contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and according to specifications; coordinate routine maintenance with OU Facilities Management, working with all trades and custodial personnel; work closely with library security vendor on hiring, training and scheduling of library security guards; maintain and update policies and procedures including library emergency and business continuity plans.
