IF YOU ARE REQUESTING AN OU THESIS/DISSERTAION FROM STORAGE: Please note that this is an archival copy and will only be provided if the copies available on campus are defective or missing and the electronic copy, if available, is incomplete. If you fill in this form we will first try to locate an electronic or circulating copy.Where can these materials be used?Archival Dissertations from the Annex must be used in the History of Science Collection on the fifth floor of Bizzell Library.Monographs from off-site storage may be checked out with a borrower’s permit. Microforms may be used in the microforms area located on the east side of the fourth floor of Bizzell Library.Requested materials must be viewed at or retrieved from Bizzell Library and cannot be mailed off campus.How long will it take to get the item?Your item should be available within 48 hours (excluding weekends). You will be notified via email once your item is ready for pick-up or if there are any problems regarding the request. If items go unclaimed for 10 days they will be reshelved.
