Student Library Assistant I (Western History Collection)
Performs routine library duties at the Western History Collections reference desk. Assists patrons in the reading room, Retrieves and shelves library and manuscript materials on a daily basis. Performs other duties as assigned. 

Student Library Assistant I (Circulation)
Performs routine duties in the Circulation Department of Bizzell Memorial Library, including working with the public, charging and discharging materials, sorting, and answering inquiries.

Student Library Assistant I (Media Resource Center)
Interacts with the public when working the MRC counter; answers questions relating to various media; sorts material; must have a flexible schooled to allow working evenings and/or weekends. Performs other related duties as assigned.



Graduate Research Assistant (Bizzell Memorial)
Reporting to the Undergraduate Service Librarian, this position is designed as an exciting learning and professional resume-building experience for graduate students in the School of Library and Information Studies (SLIS) or related graduate degree programs. The Graduate Research Assistant will be able to put theory into practice and explore different aspects of librarianship. The position is comprised of three areas of responsibilities: research assistance, teaching and special projects. Requisition #163446.

Finance and Human Resources Manager
Under the direction of the Associate Dean for Finance, Administration and Human Resources, the OU Libraries Finance and Human Resource Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of financial and human resource operations. This position manages all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, purchasing, account reconciliation, financial report preparation, managing a $18M operations budget, financial data analysis and forecasting. In the human resource area, the position manages all personnel actions and activities for 300 employees (faculty, staff and student employees) including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, performance evaluations, travel requests and employee reimbursements. In addition, this position handles a variety of special assignments and projects for the library administration. Conducting Interviews.

IT Analyst II (Imagineer)
Reporting to Fred Reiss and is housed at the Library Service Center, the Metadata Imagineer will use analysis and programming skills along with their knowledge of metadata, this person will work collaboratively with our metadata creation teams, digital scholarship, research data and other departments as well as the library and university administration to ensure that the investment made in metadata is used to its full potential. This position will soon be available for application at Requisition #163558.
