Printing

Printers can be found on the main floor and in the Collaborative Learning Center on Lower Level 1 and the Lower Level 2 workroom of Bizzell Memorial Library. Additional printers can be found in each of the branch libraries.

WEPA Cloud-based Printers

Print jobs sent to these printers cost $0.09 per side for black-and-white, or $0.40 per side for color. Users can pay for these prints in a number of ways:

  • WEPA credit, which can be added at the WEPA web site.
  • SoonerSense, which can be added to your OU ID card at the SoonerCard Online.
  • Credit or Debit cards (WEPA charges an additional $0.40 per print job using this option).
  • No cash or coins are accepted.

Instructions on how to connect to and use these printers can be found on the WEPA website.
WEPA printers are available to OU students, faculty, and staff, as well as to the public.

How to Print

Computers in the OU Libraries computer labs will connect to the WEPA printers automatically. If you need assistance printing from your own technology please ask a lab attendant wearing a blue lanyard for help.
 

Technology for Lending

The OU Libraries offers a technology lending service at the branch libraries and at the Bizzell Memorial Library circulation desk located near the West entrance. These items are available for checkout and use by OU students, staff and faculty with a valid OU ID. Technology lending is not available for guests or visiting scholars. Technology lending loan periods, overdue fees, and replacement costs vary from item to item; please see the Technology Lending page for details regarding the items available and please review OU Libraries' technology lending policies.

 

Library MakerSpace

Located on the main floor of Bizzell Memorial Library, room 126, the Library MakerSpace is a flexible experimentation and innovation space that provides access to the latest tools used in research, instruction and knowledge creation, including 3D printing tools, custom virtual reality workstations, software and data skill development and microelectronics kits. OU IT Service Center

An OU IT Service Center can be found on the main floor of Bizzell Memorial Library, room 125. Service Center staff can help with OU account issues, give guidance on OU Systems and software questions, and provide support with personal computers and other devices, or computer and devices owned by OU. The service center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For more details, please visit OU IT.

 

Copiers and Scanners

Copiers are located the second and fourth floors of Bizzell Memorial Library and in each branch library. These copiers can be used to make physical copies or to make digital scans that can be saved to a USB device or sent via e-mail. Detailed instructions on the use of these copiers are attached to each copier. Physical copies require the use of Sooner Sense and will not take cash. Currency can be added to your Sooner Sense card through the SoonerCard website.

Additionally, digital KIC scanners can be found in the EIC computer lab on the main floor of the Bizzell Memorial Library, as well as the Collaborative Learning Center on Lower Level 1,  the workroom of Lower Level 2 and the third and fourth floors. Scans can be saved to a USB device or sent via e-mail.

 

Fax

Unfortunately, the Bizzell Memorial Library does not have a fax machine. The Union Crimson & Cream Copy Center has a fax machine available for student use for a small fee.
