Young A Lee

Young A Lee is a PhD candidate in information studies, and a graduate assistant for the web services team at the University of Oklahoma Libraries. She creates websites, manages the libraries' AI chatbot, Bizzy, and does a variety of things for the team. She joined the team in August, 2019. Before she came to OU, she worked as a public librarian at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education (Jeongdok Public Library, Songpa Public Library, and Gaepo Public Library) in Seoul, Korea.

She earned her Master's Degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and bachelor's degree from Ewha Womans University.
