Section 2: Proxy Borrower

* Note: In the case of a faculty spouse or child, the proxy may need to apply for a visiting scholar permit in order to obtain an ID number and act as a proxy. There is no charge in this case, but the proxy borrower must have an account before the proxy relationship can be activated. A photo ID is required.

When we have confirmed that your proxy is a borrower in good standing, we will send you and your proxy an email confirming your arrangement. When your proxy presents his or her ID card, he or she will be asked if the items they are checking out are for you or for their own personal use.
