Laptop Lending Policy
Laptops are available for checkout at the kiosk in the Loveridge Computer Lab, located on the 1st floor (main) of Bizzell Memorial Library. Borrowing is limited to current University of Oklahoma students, faculty, and staff with a valid photo ID and a library account in good standing. Borrowing Laptops
- Loan Period: Laptops may be checked out for 4 hours with one renewal.
- Limit: One laptop per person.
- Keep Laptops Secure: Laptops must not be left unattended at any time.
- Late Fees: A $30 per hour fine is charged for laptops returned late. There is no grace period.
Returning Laptops
- Laptop Condition: Laptops must be returned to the kiosk in their original condition.
- Return Process: Slide the laptop into an open slot and wait for the screen to display a receipt.
- Return Before Closing: All laptops are due back by the time the library closes.
