ArXiv.org is an open-access repository containing over 2 million electronic preprints and postprints. ArXiv.org is maintained by Cornell University, but does not perform peer-review on submitted preprint articles. Scientific fields covered include mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, physics, electrical engineering, economics, and statistics.

Petroleum Source provides abstracts for over 100 journals, magazines, and trade publications and full text access to 93 of those. NOTE: You must set up an account while connected to the OU network (on-campus or via VPN) using your OU email. Once created, you can access Nature Masterclasses both on and off campus using your account credentials. Users must connect to the network every six months to keep their account active.

Choya Shinbun was a major Japanese newspaper during the early and mid-Meiji periods. It is best known for its support of the Freedom and People's Rights Movement, and it helped shape public opinion during a political era that saw the establishment of the Meiji Constitution and the Imperial Diet. 

Die Transvaler was established as a newspaper to promote the cause of Afrikaner nationalism within the Afrikaner-dominated National Party in South Africa. This newspaper was notorious for its racism and antisemitism and was edited by Hendrik Verwoerd, future prime minister and architect of the apartheid regime. This archive is a valuable resource for scholars of African studies, history, politics, war, genocide, apartheid, and the media. 

El Imparcial was a conservative, pro-independence tabloid published in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the early 20th century. During that time, it was the most widely read newspaper in Puerto Rico, providing coverage on such historical events as the Cuban Revolution and political corruption in Puerto Rico in the 1940s. 

Noticias Gráficas was a groundbreaking Argentine newspaper published in Buenos Aires during the early 20th century, known for its double-page illustrated center spread and high-quality journalism. This prominent newspaper was shut down during the dictatorship of Pedro Eugenio Aramburu.
