ROOM POLICY

  • These rooms must be reserved to be used.
  • Only OU faculty are allowed to reserve these rooms.
  • A maximum seven days can be reserved at a time, up to three months in advance.
  • A key may be checked out from the Circulation Desk by the west entrance on the Main Floor of Bizzell Memorial Library for extended use of this room.
    • There is a $100 replacement fee for lost keys.
  • Items left in this room beyond the reservation period will be taken to Bizzell's Circulation Desk.
  • Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
