The Faculty Meeting Room is available to larger groups of faculty and can be reserved in advance. The room includes multiple large whiteboards, high-definition monitors, and teleconferencing equipment.

ROOM POLICY

  • This room must be reserved to be used.
  • Only OU faculty are allowed to reserve this room.
  • A maximum eight hours can be reserved at a time, up to three months in advance.
  • Food and drinks with lids are allowed.
  • For exceptions to reservation policies, please fill out our Event Request Form.
