Bio
I have worked in libraries and technology for 20 years, and consider myself very fortunate to do this work. I hold Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History and English Literature, and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science, all from the University of Washington. I also hold several software administrator certifications.
It is my goal to be helpful whenever and however possible. As the systems librarian for the Digital Strategies & Innovation division, my unit, Discovery Services, is specifically responsible for administering library service platforms and software: Discover, EZProxy, Alma, Zasio, and Lean Library. Ensuring that platforms and software are highly functional and easy to use, is extremely important to me. I'm proud to play an integral role in supporting the University Libraries mission and values.
