Within Bizzell, you can find circulation desks at both the west and south entrances to the library. Here, employees are on hand during all hours of operation to process materials, answer questions, and connect you with services throughout University Libraries. The main circulation desk is also the primary contact point for departments like Billing and ILL, and where you can check out materials on short-term loan, ranging from textbooks to laptops to even bike locks!

The main circulation desk at Bizzell Library is located at the west entrance next to the clock tower. This desk provides regular circulation services as well as assistance with issues related to Interlibrary Loan & Sooner Xpress, Reserves, Billing, and Security. All short loan items on reserve and items waiting for pickup can be found here. A list of devices on reserve is available on the OU Libraries Technology Lending page. A secondary circulation desk greets visitors entering from South Gate, the historic main entrance to Bizzell Memorial Library. This desk offers convenient access to basic checkout and circulation services, and student employees here have a variety of resources on hand to help you find what you're looking for, whether it be a book in the Stacks or a building across campus.

Technology
Computer Stations
Patrons have access to Windows and Apple computers. The computers come with a variety of software applications that are available to students.
Copiers
Copy machines are available throughout the library. Patrons have access to scan and produce copies of documents using the copy machines.
iPads
iPads are available for checkout for instructors and students. iPads are a mobile computing tablet that have touch screen qualities of a smartphone and the qualities of a laptop.
Laptops
Laptops are available in Windows or Apple options. These devices are portable and come with a variety of software applications.
Printers
Printers are available for instructors and students throughout the library. The printers can be used to print documents by accessing a library computer that is wirelessly connected to the device.
Scanners
Scanners are generally located in computer stations in the library. The flatbed scanners are a great way to scan and deliver documents through a computer.
Virtual Reality Headsets
Virtual reality headsets are available at the Library MakerSpace. These devices allow non-technical users to analyze and manipulate 3d models in a virtual reality.
Wi-Fi Access
Wi-Fi access is available in all rooms of the library. Instructors and students can access the internet by wirelessly connecting to the University's wi-fi network.
