How to Search
All materials held in the 5th Floor Special Collections are included in the OU Libraries online catalog Discover Local. Start your search with the Discover Local search box.
1) Enter initial search terms in the search box. The initial results will show all materials at OU, including online resources. You can narrow your search by author/title/keyword as well as language and date range.
2) Tweak your search by narrowing to the Special Collections using options on the left side of the results page.
- Narrow your search to Bass Collection, Bizzell Bible, Nichols Collection (found under "Location")
- Narrow your search all History of Science Collections materials by selecting History of Science Collections (found under "Collection")
