The documents include an index and are browsable by document type and tribal nation. The digitized documents were originally published in Indian Affairs: Law and Treaties Volume II by Charles Kappler. The documents include links to Kappler's digitized documents at the National Archives.
This open access database is a collaboration between Oklahoma State University, the USDA, the Department of the Interior, and the Department of Defense Legacy Program.
