This open access database provides access to treaties, agreements, and other historical documents between tribal nations and the United States. The documents include an index and are browsable by document type and tribal nation. The digitized documents were originally published in Indian Affairs: Law and Treaties Volume II by Charles Kappler. The documents include links to Kappler's digitized documents at the National Archives.
This open access database is a collaboration between Oklahoma State University, the USDA, the Department of the Interior, and the Department of Defense Legacy Program.
